California's "Shine the Light" law, Civil Code section 1798.83, does not apply to us because we do not disclose personal information to third parties for the third parties' direct marketing purposes.
D. YOUR RIGHTS
Upon your written request and successful verification of your identity, we will provide you with a copy of your personal information in an electronic format.
You have the right to obtain a transferable version of your personal information or ask for it to be transferred to another provider (where applicable and where technically feasible).
You may withdraw the consent that you provide for the collection, use and/or disclosure of your personal information by contacting Sound Group directly at dataprotection@soundgroupinc.com at any time. You also have the right to rectify or delete your personal information.
Upon receipt of your written request to withdraw your consent, Sound Group may require reasonable time (depending on the complexity of the request and its impact on our relationship with you) for your request to be processed and for Sound Group to notify you of the consequences regarding the same. In general, we shall seek to process your request within thirty (30) calendar days of receiving it.
Depending on the nature and scope of your request, Sound Group may not be in a position to continue providing our services to or maintain our relationship with you. We will notify you before completing the processing of your request. Should you decide to cancel your withdrawal of consent, please inform Sound Group in the manner described above.
You may withdraw your consent to Sound Group using or disclosing your personal information, but withdrawing does not affect our rights where (1) such use or disclosure is required by law, (2) the personal information in question was collected from publicly available sources or (3) such use or disclosure is necessary in an emergency where the life or health of a person is at risk.
E. RETENTION OF PERSONAL INFORMATION
We will store your personal information only for the time period necessary to fulfil the purposes for which such personal information was collected, or as required or permitted by applicable laws. Once we determine that the retention of your personal information is no longer necessary for those purposes, or that retention is no longer necessary for any legal or business purpose, we will cease to retain your personal information, or anonymise the personal information so that it can no longer be used to identify any particular individual.
F. CROSS-BORDER DATA TRANSFER
Sound Group will not transfer your personal information to a country or territory outside the place that you reside, except when it is necessary.
When you access and browse our website, sign up for our email alerts or send us enquiries, you understand and consent to the transfer of your personal information outside of the place that you reside when it is necessary to fulfil the purposes as specified in this Privacy Notice or to provide the said services to you.

H. RELEASE
